La Bodega Latina Branding

La Bodega Latina is a located in Portland, Maine and specializes in all things Latin food, including avocados of course!

The bodega is now a second generation business, and with that, they wanted to update the look and feel, I started with using their fabulous mural outside the storefront as inspiration and went from there. We ended up with a colorful, tropical inspired brand which featured their signature fruit. We wanted to make sure when Portland thinks avocados, they think La bodega Latina! I drew a custom avocado and incorporated into the logo and used for all icon purposes. We then proceeded to put the new branding on everything – shirts, masks, bags, and even custom calendars designed by yours truly!
